What are your cancellation conditions?

A booking made in 2021 can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival. Between 14 and 3 days before your arrival we will charge you 50% of the cost of your stay. From 2 days before your arrival we will invoice you 90% of the total cost of your stay. In the event of no-show or early departure, 100% will be charged.

How long does it take to get from the airport to FincaHotel?

From Palma de Mallorca Airport to our FincaHotel Can Coll in Sóller you need about 40 minutes by car.

Rent a Car

We always recommend that you reserve a rental car so that you can explore the beauty of Mallorca individually.

We recommend SIXT.

How much will a taxi cost from the airport to the FincaHotel?

Depending on the time of day, a taxi from the airport to the FincaHotel will cost around 45 €.

If I arrive in the morning, can I also have breakfast at the hotel?

If you have an early flight, it goes without saying that you are warmly welcome to join us at the hotel in the morning for a second breakfast or to spend some time enjoying our extensive gardens.

Do you offer a late check out?

If it is possible, we are happy to offer our guests the option of checking out later. This costs

40 € and covers the use of the room until 6 p.m. (18:00 h.) at the latest. Only depending on availablity.

Do you have a pool?

Yes – we have a pool. It is situated in our garden, a short distance from the main house and designed to be an oasis of peace and enjoyment.

Are there any secluded corners of the garden for guests whose rooms do not have a private terrace?

Our garden, which spans 1.5 hectares, offers many areas where guests can retire to enjoy the peace and quiet. Starting with our Finca Restaurant Terrace to our Buddha Chili Corner, our cistern and the swimming pool – our garden is full of cosy hidden corners.

Are dogs allowed with you?

Dog are also very welcome at our FincaHotel. Guests who wish to bring their dog are required to book a room with a terrace.

We charge 15 € per night.

Do you have a restaurant?

Yes – our FincaRestaurant is open to guests 5 days a week. As a rule, the restaurant is closed on Thursdays and Sundays, and we do not offer any room service. Otherwise, we are open every evening. We usually offer a special themed evening on Mondays and Fridays when we serve a wide variety of tapas specialities or organise a barbecue evening.

What's in the room?

All of our rooms include a bathroom with hand towels and bath towels as well as larger towels for using at our pool. In addition to this, every bathroom also has a good hairdryer. See next question – unnecessary?

The rooms are all fitted with their own air-conditioning system and heating for the colder days on Majorca. Each room also includes a safe and a television, which is tuned to receive English language programmes such as CCN, NBC and BBC World”

In the wardrobe you will also find enough clothes hangers and an umbrella in case it should rain during your stay.

Where is the nearest beach?

The nearest beach is in Port de Sóller, which is just 5 minutes away from the FincaHotel by car. We can tell you more of our insider’s tips upon arrival.

What do I have to consider when booking?

Actually nothing. We only need your name, an address and Visa or MasterCard credit card information to guarantee your reservation.

Where can I purchase travel cancellation insurance?

Unfortunately, we are not permitted to offer you a travel cancellation insurance as we are not an insurance company and do not have the appropriate licenses required for this.

You can purchase travel cancellation insurance straight from your insurance broker or using your credit card at your bank. Alternatively, the AA or RAC also offers a low-priced travel cancellation insurance policy

Do you offer an airport shuttle?

We do not offer an airport shuttle service. However, we would be happy to arrange a chauffeur service to bring you to the FincaHotel, this will cost around 150 €

Depending on the time of day, a taxi from the airport to the FincaHotel will cost around 45 €.

Are there alternative ways of getting to the hotel, e.g. bus or train ? 

Of course – you can also reach the FincaHotel by bus or with the historic train to Sóller.

To do so, you need to take the bus from the airport to Plaza España in Palma and then take the historic train or bus 211 to Sóller.

From there, it’s just a short distance to find us at the FincaHotel Can Coll.

What time will my room be available?

As a rule, we prepare all rooms to be ready for new guests from 3 p.m. (15:00 h.). But of course, we always do our best to make sure that our rooms are ready for you to use as early as possible. If you have an early flight, it goes without saying that you are warmly welcome to join us at the hotel in the morning for a second breakfast or to spend some time enjoying our extensive gardens.

What time do I have to leave my room on the day of departure? 

We kindly ask all of our guests to vacate their rooms by 12 p.m. (12:00 h.). If you would like to leave at a later time, please simply let us know – we are certain to find a satisfactory solution.

How can I settle my bill with you?

You can pay your final bill on the day of your departure. We accept payments made with VISA or MasterCard credit cards, debit cards or cash (EURO €).

How big is the pool?

Our swimming pool is 12 metres long, 6 metres wide and is 60cm (shallow end) to 2 metres (deep end) deep.

Are children allowed in the FincaHotel?

We are a very child-friendly hotel and are happy to welcome children of all ages to our hotel.

What time is breakfast served?

We serve our rich "A la Carte" breakfast every morning from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. But we are waiting for everyone .... We don't just mean it, it really is - we wait for everyone and do not want to rush any of our guests in the morning to arrive in time for breakfast.

Do you offer half-board accommodation?

No, we do not offer any half-board package at our FincaRestaurant.

Should I bring a hairdryer?   

No – you will find a high-powered hairdryer in every bathroom.

Should I bring towels for the pool or beach? 

No – we make sure to provide plenty of towels in every room. This includes one large pool towel for each person, which you are also welcome to take with you to the beach.
